If Ward’s guitar could talk, there would be a slew of fascinating stories from his travels around the world. His famous “broken guitar” was a gift from his father and it was reportedly smashed during a flight to the United States seven years ago. Little did Ward know at the time that an airline mishap would end up giving his guitar the unique look and edge he needed to further celebrate his craft!
The super-talented guitar player’s parents are originally from Britain and moved to Australia where they eventually settled in Tasmania where Ward was born.
