Nervous Singer’s Enchanting ‘Hallelujah’ Spellbind Judges, Then They See She Looks Like An Angel Too!

So when judges from “The Voice France” heard just the first few notes of Leonard Cohen’s “Hallelujah” coming from an angelic “Voice” contestant, they were hooked. Then so was rest of the world when they got wind of her captivating moment online.
Once “The Voice France” judges hit their buttons they turned around to see the most captivating blue eyes. Those “windows to the soul” belong to aspiring singer, Mennel Ibtissem, a 22-year-old French graduate student. Mennel was reportedly born in the eastern French city of Besancon to a Syrian-Turkish father and a Moroccan-Algerian mother and is Muslim.
