Bullied Girl Gives Hauntingly Beautiful Audition When The Judges Slam The Buzzer And Make A Surprising Request
When 18-year-old Mikayla Jade auditioned for “The Voice Australia” you could hear the richness, vulnerability, and tenderness in her voice. While nervous at first for her blind audition, she put it all on the line and sang with all of her heart. Mikayla sang a hauntingly beautiful cover of the song “Dancing On My Own.”
She wasn’t even mid-audition when the judges felt compelled to hit their buzzers. When she finished and saw that the judges all turned around she was overcome with emotion. Tears rolled down her face as she realized that her moment had finally arrived.
During her emotional and heart-wrenching chat with the judges, Mikayla admitted that she was severely bullied and lost all her friends at school. You could just feel the pain emanating from her.
