The film has been an instant success and the album features performances from Anne Hathaway and Hugh Jackman.
It is the first time that a film soundtrack has been No.1 since the 1970’s!
Emeli Sandé’s album ‘Our Version of Events’ is now at two and Jake Bugg stays at number three.
