Drake and Rihanna both have plenty to celebrate this week as they have the most nominations for this year’s MTV Video Music Awards.
Rihanna has two nominations in the coveted ‘Video Of The Year’ category for her hit “We Found Love” and her duet with Drake on his “Take Care”. She is also nominated for Best Female Video, Best Pop Video, Best Choreography and Best Visual Effects.
Drake’s nominations include Best Hip-Hop Video, Best Male Video, Best Art Direction and Best Cinematography.
Other artists to receive nominations are Katy Perry, Coldplay and One Direction.
The MTV Video Music Awards are scheduled to take place on 6 September. Fans can vote for their favourites via the MTV website
