The trailer for the upcoming romantic sci-fi drama ‘The Host’ has premiered online.
The film, which is adapted from Twilight author Stephanie Meyer’s novel of the same name, sees a sneaky alien race invading most of Earth, attaching itself to the minds of human hosts and wiping their personalites.
Melanie Stryder is one of the lucky few who have managed to avoid being infected, but when she’s captured by The Seeker (the alien race’s leader, portrayed by Diane Kruger) she finds herself fighting back against the creature as she escapes from their clutches and tries to return to the uninfected human resistance.
