After finding success with the likes of Iron Man and The Avengers, comic book company Marvel are looking forward to what they’re calling the second and third phases of their growing comic-to-film empire.
Thor sequel ‘The Dark World’ is due to land later this year, with Iron Man 3 already hot on it’s heels to complete the company’s second phase.
Speaking about their future plans, Marvel’s Kevin Feige spoke to Empire magazine about their predictions for what their calling their ‘third phase’, scheduled to debut over the next few years.
“Ant-Man is the only one officially announced, but you probably don’t have to look too far to guess at the next list of characters we’re toying with and beginning to develop. Doctor Strange, which I’ve been talking about for years, is definitely one of them [...] He’s totally different from anything we’ve done before, as is Ant-Man, which keeps us excited.”
