The first ever Batmobile from the original 1960′s Batman TV series has sold for over $4 million dollars at auction.
The car, which was driven by Adam West in the iconic superhero show, was sold to the appropriately named Rick Champagne, an American businessman and car collector.
The car is now tied with the sale of the of the Aston Martin DB5 driven by Sean Connery in Goldfinger for the highest priced movie car sold at auction.
