Comedian Ben Stiller was spotted filming scenes for his upcoming remake of ‘The Secret Life of Walter Mitty’ in New York, this week.
Always the funny man, the ‘Meet the Fockers’ star has been sharing images from the set with his 2.7 million followers on Twitter.
One of the images shows him carrying two grown men over his shoulder suggesting that Stiller might have gained super human strength abilities at the age of 46. Who said life ended at 40, eh?
Ben directs as well as stars in this movie which tells the story of a lonely photo magazine editor who escapes his dull life by dreaming of heroic tales while looking through people’s pictures. It is based on 20th Century Fox 1947 remake which starred Danny Kaye.
I wonder how interesting life would be if everyone could do this. We’d never get any work done!
While the concept of the movie seems exciting and the set design looks amazing, Ben should start thinking of unique ways to grab his audience.
It has been said that Jim Carrey, Mike Myers and Sacha Baron Cohen have all tried to remake this production and failed.
If it is as good as his performance in the fantasy movie ‘Night at the Museum’, then I am sure audiences will be won over. Still, might be worth if Ben has a little trick, other than the special effects, to woo us over…
