Selena Gomez was spotted in this tropical ensemble at the Spring Breakers premiere at the South By South West festival this week. The exotic print and flash of midriff made for a perfect summer outfit that we just love! If you aren’t super brave like Selena there are plenty of other ways to wear a cropped top and there are plenty of stars to take inspiration from! 
Selena’s entire outfit was a tropical dream from her soft orange lip and cascading waves to her tango orange skirt and printed bralet. 
Selena must have taken some fashion inspiration from Katy Perry who wore a similar neon green look last year that we loved on her but could never pull off ourselves! 
We love Rihanna’s classy take on the look. The star opted for a satin cropped top and white mid length skirt.
Vanessa Hudgens went for an all white look in a super cute cropped top with a scalloped edge and frothy skirt.
Never one to miss a trend Kim Kardashian showed her amazing shape in a simple black cropped top and leather skirt with a curve enhancing peplum. (not that her curves need much more enhancing.)
Tomboy Kristen Stewart showed her toned tum off in a white cropped top and grey trousers adding a pop of colour with her neon heels!
Leighton Meester managed to work a cropped top with out baring all in a look we could totally work. We love those leopard heels, meow!
Sienna Miller showed us how important a tan is when working shorts. Sienna had enough bronzed flesh on show that her cropped top didn’t need to bare all.
