Visual effects company Industrial Light & Magic have unveiled a reel of behind the scenes footage lifted from last years cinematic megahit ‘The Avengers’, revealing the full extent of the film’s CGI make-up.
The organisation -a division of Star Wars head hencho George Lucas’ production company- recieved an Oscar nomination this week for their work on the film, which grossed over $1,511 million internationally during it’s time in cinemas.
ILM have said that they are ‘proud to showcase a small fraction of the work’ created by over 200 artists, scientists and engineers, and thanked the backing of their ‘world class’ production team.
