MGM studios have announced that they’re developing a reboot of hit game-to-film franchise Tomb Raider.
The film is expected to show a new take on the story of archaelogist Lara Craft, based on the recently revitalised video game, rather than a continuation of the original two films.
MGM- the home of James Bond- will partner with GK Films for the project, who have worked on hit films like Argo and The Departed.
The orginal films saw Angelina Jolie filling Croft’s boots back in 2001 and 2003.
Are you excited to see a fresh take on the Lara Croft story?
