Not one to shy away at the moment, Miley Cyrus has decided to cut her mane even shorter for her 20th birthday celebrations.
The singer stepped out for promotional duties in NYC this week rocking an extra short blonde cut, keeping things edgy in a mohair jumper and navy skater skirt.
