According to reports the Kardashain sisters could possibly be sued as a result of their ‘Khroma Beauty’ make-up line.
The infamous trio launched their beauty line earlier this year and the sisters stated that their own product line was a “dream come true.” An LA boutique owner named Michael Rey is claiming that Kourtney, Kim and Khloe have affected his own make-up brand entitled ‘Chroma Make-up’ a company which has been up and running for over a decade. The entrepreneur told TMZ that as a result of the similarity of the names his business is suffering as customers are becoming confused.
Accusations suggest that he has already hired attorneys, but has asked the Kardashians to change the name of their beauty line before taking any legal action. Spokespersons for the Kardashian sisters have yet to respond to Rey’s request.
