After a messy and extremely public split announcement, Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise are now officially divorced.
According to New York City court documents, the former Hollywood couple’s case was closed on Monday (August 20).
The couple announced they were going their separate ways in June, and it took them only two weeks to reach a settlement.
Katie was granted primary legal custody of their daughter Suri, with Tom star given generous visitation rights.
We still can’t believe they’re divorced!
